I know Amazon has a buy-it-now but I am not sure if they have an auction feature available.

Yeah there is, there is, ebid.com just type that in, or search ebid and it”ll find it for you, they have a bunch of sites for various countries, they do buy it now, and allow you to promote to your online shop, unlike e bay, plus they charge a lot less, i think it is in fact free listings, fo about $8 per month membership or something, they have a bulk upload facility as well. You can use the paypal payment route, and they also allow you to apply Google checkout, which is worthwhile, as it is a growing choice of buyers, who object to the big brother attitude of Paypal But the thing is with other auction sites, they don’t get the traffic that e bay gets, still you can list an item, until it sells for instance, and it isn’t going to cost anymore. They seem to be getting more traffic as the months go by, a lot of people are fedup with “Greedbay” they tend to be expensive in the long run, they take from you to list, then again if you sell another fee, pro rata then the buyer a fee to use paypal! it is a licence to print money. There is another one in the USA called OLA online auctions they again have less traffic, but again, are really cheap, free listing, monthly 6 dollars, there are more expensive memberships to promote your stuff on the front page, just like the ebay thing, only less money, they also allow you to promote to offsite stores,
